Go to ACP > Templates > *Default Theme* > Post Bit Templates > Postbit > Place {$post['button_quickdelete']} beside {$post['button_reply_pm']}
It will be at the bottom of the template.
It should look like this after you insert..
{$post['button_quickdelete']}{$post['button_reply_pm']}

That is not going to work Aerial Tricks - the OP wants the thread starter to have the right to delete replies to their thread. That would need a plugin.
