Every single post should have a reputation option for both + and - at the bottom of the post. When any user click on +/- it will ask for a reason/comment on this post. The user reputation page will show total + counts, Total - Counts and sum of reputation and list of all reputations. Every reputation row will contain the comment/reason, link to the post and +/- sign. Old reputation that already received from MyBB current reputation system will be there also but without the link to any post.

is for you click it and then it will let youy chose possitive neutral or negative(if the admin allows it)
I think this would be better as a like system rather than a rep function.
Hmm. There is already many Thanks+ mod/plugins out there that act as a like. With a little editing, you can make it say: {username} liked this post. At the bottom of the post. If you want, I can do that for you.

There will be a new post reputation system in 2.0 as we know that area will get an overhaul. The exact functionality of it hasn't been decided though.
I've also finished working on one for 1.8 as a plugin.

I actually don't see how this isn't EXACTLY like the current reputation system.
That said, requiring more than one click, and especially requiring a comment, is a good way to guarantee that it's almost never used.
