I read in the forum that v1.6.9 would be compatible with PHP 5.4.13, but don't see anyting about it in the news message of "MyBB 1.6.9 Security Release", so: is MyBB v1.6.9 compatible with PHP v5.4.13?

1.6.9 is a security release, all other fixes were pushed back to 1.6.10.

1.6.10 will be php v5.4 compatible. 1.6.9 was a security release and so did not have the planned changes to support php v5.4.
