Hi guys,
want to set up my forum the same as this one.

so when members or guest come to forum all they see is all members topics.
Yes i have asked before but have had no answers.

I believe you have togo into your htaccess & change some stuff in there.
Where do i find htaccess?
If no one knows how to do it, may you you can lead me in the right path & ill have ago a it.
Now i dont much about computer talk so dont get to techinical.

There is no need to change something in htaccess for this. Just change guests and members permission in ACP to be able to read threads.

ACP -> User and Groups -> Edit some group -> under permissions of some group you'll see "Can read threads?" that's it.

One thread is enough.
