Hi,
When trying to upload a theme, I get the following error:

Upload failed. Please try again.Error details:
PHP returned: Failed to write the file to disk. Please contact your forum administrator with this error.

I've CHMOD 777 to every file in the forum directory, and nothing has changed. May I get some help on how to fix this issue?

upload the xml file your theme again.

and do this
1. give it a name and save your theme.
2. save back and finish.

I've already chmoded those directories.
