is it happening on MyBB's stock theme or a custom theme ? if it is on a custom theme then which theme ?
It happen on MyBB's theme (default theme).
I only install MyBB and try to post a new thread. Don't add any theme, don't add plugin.
I try on localhost is ok
May sound weird but try and hard refresh your browser, clear it's cache. It might be that you deleted it the first time and now you're trying to delete a thread that's not there?

Possibly clearing MyBB cache in tools and maintenance would help, however I don't know which one, so clear them all? Smile
Sounds like a javascript or cookie issue... did you follow the MyBB setup documentation properly?
if so and you're using default theme and tests work on localhost then it's something to do with your session or javascript (or possible file corruption).
If you are behind cloudflare disable javascript compression to see if that fixes the situation.
If you know how to use firebugs debug console try to see what's going on when you click a thread and click submit.
I try to install 3 time, but the error still.
My PHP version : 5.3.16. I think the MyBB 1.6.09 have some bug with PHP version 5.3.16
