To alter your poll go to your show thread templates and select showthread_poll and adjust the html according to your liking. Apply CSS classes if you are going to convert it to div instead of the typical table structure that most MyBB themes use (I hate tables for forum structuring lol) . If you're going to leave it as table based then adjust colspan to what you want.
