Hello. I can not happen to find where i did install google analytics code

It is inside of

<!-- start: headerinclude -->

and

<!-- end: headerinclude -->

I checked all header templates but i can not see it there

headerinclude is under "Ungrouped Templates".

yes, you have to manually do it again for the new theme(s). (for the plugins you may have to deactivate and
re-activate them one by one so that they can add required code changes in templates)
