Is this possible if I want to rewrite some link like :

http://www.example.com/forum/newthread.php?fid=XX

rewrite to

http://www.example.com/forum/newthread-XX.html

or

http://www.example.com/forum/search.php?action=results&sid=cd9d33c828b6bcb0c21addef96d62296&sortby=&order=desc

rewrite to

http://www.example.com/forum/search/keyword+we+search/sortby/order/desc

If yes, please help me the .htaccess code Thanks in advanced!

That's not possible without heavily modifying the code.

Not possible, but if you want threads to be shown differently, you can see Google SEO plugin.

Tell me where I can find that code ?

I find in the inc/init.php is defining them (FORUM_URL, THREAD_URL...) but I don't know which file will use that constant to redirect to the stock url.
