I Moved web hosts and I uploaded my forum contents that I had before and I still get the page that says

Propagation takes 24-48 hours sometimes...

No I haven't got a email.

Is your domain somewere else? because you would need to change your name servers to your hosting's if thats the case?

Or if your domain is with the hosting you mite just need to wait 24 hours and it will be activated

if you have your exchange server name in your domain provider. ?
