is there a plugin for sorting threads

sorting threads should be already available on the threads listing page. what exactly is required ?

like i heave 2 sticky threads in a forum but a want the bottom one go to the upper one

add a post in that bottom thread and lock both threads. earlier bottom sticky thread moves to top !
