Hello MyBB Community!

I have been a user of MyBB for some years now. I really like this software!
But unfortunately I have run into a strange problem.
I have set up a MyBB Forum for a friend: http://osd-germany.de/forum
This forum has been installed three days ago. No plugins whatsoever. Only a theme has been installed. The problem occurred even before installing the theme.
To make it easy: try to make an account.
It will give you the error

The image verification code that you entered was incorrect. Please enter the code exactly how it appears in the image.

There is no image verification.
Also, this error occurs when I try to login.
What could be the problem?
Do you need more info?
