I need to change some thing in the files on my forum but I'm in the process of moving forums and can't get to the admincp to change the global.css.

How do I do that?

it is suggested to not edit global.css at the server. its better to edit it live through admin panel.
if you edit global.css at files server, you have to delete the cache theme folders, which might affect theme loading.
