Is it possible to set this per group?

Example, I want the default to be can edit up to 60 min after posting, but certain groups want to have it so they can edit always.

Thanks for the suggestion. That's not going to work. That plugin just changes the amount of time a user has to edit before the "edited by xxxxx at xxxx" shows up.
