When set forum default time, GMT -8 (09:30pm), at ACP>Default Timezone Offset, it does not show the correct time in the ( )s... the actual GMT -8 time is 10:30pm
Is behind by 1hr.
DLST is checked 'Yes'.
Homepage 'current time:' display is consistent with the 1hr 'error'.
What am missing ?

do you have the same time setting at your user control panel options ?

If all your settings in the AdminCP and UserCP are correct then it's possible the server clock is wrong, in which case you'll need to contact your host.

or to add in .htaccess default time zone
