I've been thinking about adding some new themes to my forum. What would be the best way to create themes that inherit templates and stylesheets from the parent theme? I realize you can make a child theme, but as soon as you change the stylesheet, it turns it into an entirely separate theme. I'm just thinking about easy maintainability here.
