Hello,
Go to the AdminCP
Click "Users & Groups"
Click "Mass Mail"
Click "Create New Mailing"
Follow the on screen instructions
You can also click if you want to send it via PM or Email.

But one thing can u explain what is this
"Per Page: *
Please enter the number of mass mailings to run per page."
What is meant it
What i put in usernames contains area i want to sent pm to all
In my forum i have 311 user registered but it says
Total Recipients: 156 Why i also select all groups

You want to keep pages low if you use any sort of external email server like Google, or you will be stopped and flagged as a spammer. Which will screw up your mass email process in MyBB.
If you are using your own server then it doesn't matter.. you can boost the per page (which is essentially users to send emails to in one email eg CC) to whatever amount makes sense.
