open any forums like "General Discussion" after that a page will come
all forums URL converted to like this "/forum-5.html"
and original format was "index.php?forumid=5" or something like this

disable SEF URLs at admin panel >> configuration >> Server and Optimization Options >> Enable search engine friendly URLs?
or use related .htaccess file (rename htaccess.txt file as .htaccess)
