Haaaaang on a tick... You're suggesting MyBB isn't a social media platform, yet it is, technically. You're socialising with people on here, aren't you? Maybe not a social networking service, but it is social media.

OP wants a full blown Facebook or Twitter, and that is not what Mybb was made for. Socializing through discussions in topic, sure. But not to the level that he wants it.

You just can't use MyBB for a social network like Facebook. Facebook isn't threads and such, it's members and their statuses. This would be better off custom coded from scratch, would need lots of dev. which means lots of money. Unless you have $1,500 ATLEAST to start, it won't go far. Even $1,500 is just enough for coding the software and themes and all that, you'd still need servers, security, and more.
