I can't delete my install directory, really awesome..... now nobody can visiting my website i can't even put a map inside of it with lock!

what can i do now?

Just rename that directory

its says this: Could not retrieve directory listing
Failed to change directory.

Are you using Filezilla? If so, all you should need to do is connect via FTP and hit delete on the install folder.

i have WinSCP and still says i cant delete it.
