This has happened to one of my users where I was waiting for an update to a thread with some information and I thought he never provided the information because I did not get an email and there was no indicator of an updated thread.
When I talked to him and asked when he was going to provide the information in the thread he told me he already replied to the thread. I said he didn't and then a fist fight broke out and the police were called (just kidding.)
Anyway, we discovered that his replay was instead appended to his previous post.
This is bad for me. How do I make this not happen and instead just add a new post to the thread?
