here unregister users can post reply with their real name but in mybb only "Guest" display after posting reply...
how can i change it with posters name as like in that site

You need a plugin to add a new field on the reply then check if the user was logged in when they replied if not echo that they are a guest.

I don't think there is one out there, you might have to hire someone to make it for you.
