When I create a table and then on the forum when I clicked, all the words with accents are replaced by symbol

Check if all SQl tables are UTF-8 in ACP -> Tools & Maintenance -> UTF-8 Conversion. If not, convert them.
take a database backup before attempting utf-8 conversion
