I have a few problems.

My moderators can't post in the chatbox.

The configuration page is Japanese.

The commands are not working, I can not ban a user using /ban [userid].

are you sure you have downloaded it from the Mods section ?
IIRC, It has groups permissions settings. configuration page is not in Japanese. Ban should also work.
