IS there any way to create a homepage for my forum . please provide me any plugin or mode if possible since i am not good at coding

Or else is there any way such that to change the portal page only displays the posts by admin

So is there any way . I need 1 post to be sticky and all other like updates.Only titles should be displayed . Not complete threads

But for the sticky thread full content should be displayed . This is solution

You can edit the Portal settings in AdminCP, to make it display the topics from your desired section. And, if you want to display the Portal as the Homepage, add a domain re-direction.
