Hi, I think that adding this option will be very useful as users will easily be able to find the phrase that they are looking to edit by simply searching for it. Here is a screenshot from the vBulletin control panel showing it in use:

I've wanted this for a while now, but never got around to requesting it.
I think what you're asking for is a language file search. Correct?
