The subject explains my problem:

I need and installed the mysupport plugin (mysupport), everything is on the correct folder, but somehow the images do not show up on my forum.

Are you sure you uploaded images to your theme folder? Try re uploading them.

Yes i am sure, they are on images/ctsilver.

I could clearly see most of mysupport images (eg.)

I also asked some other people, they couldn't see them either

Looks like a problem with the image path possibly. I see this as the src for one of the images: http://uniting-people.eu/forum/http://ww...solved.png

Could you change the theme's image source to "images/ctsilver"?

It is so already, isn't it?

then
/forum/images/ctsilver/modcp
/forum/images/ctsilver/usercp

?
