ok at first i wasn't able to click any option button. .m. pointed out a problem with the file verification now i just upgraded to mybb 1.6.10 and ran the verification again and this is what i saw keep in mind i am still unable to click any option button in mybb admin cp.

i need to find the best way to wipe all the data and start fresh with the new version but keep my forums members post and the theme.
