In my own forum, that means I am admin/founder, how to give rep to other user +/- 500
I can only give upto +/- 2
I need any plugins or what
i use OWGC custom reputation, but I dnt know how to use it.

Go to Users & Groups -> Groups -> [your_group] -> Users and Permissions and change "Points to Award/Take Away" value.

And my forum is too slow as well, even I cleared my cookies. Confused
