I think it's a really cool theme .. actually i just love the header and the navigation because it looks cool and modern .. like in a social network .. and i love the colors.
can someone please give or make me a template? or atleast such a header? please

I see. Then you will probably have to pay someone real cash. Your link in the header for someone is only relevant if the users of your forum are likely to buy themes.

Just recreate a header like this.....
