I need 2 things,
Trade Manager- SO im running a sports merchandise and talk site. So users can trade merchandise form sports, online to other users, so to make it trust worthy i wnat a system where users both put their trades in the trade manager section, as 1 user puts it in and the other accepts, or they post it in a certain forum and mods put it there, and they post how the trades going and if its working ok and stuff liek that and all this goes in the trade manager, so admins and mods can review it. Then when the trades done they both agree. Now once they agree they post comments on the trade and give a rating form 1-5 1 being the lowest 5 the highest. ANd this goes in their profile like a rank called the trader ranking.
