The theme will be for a hacking forum.

I want it to look simple, HQ and unique + Mixed with a dark color for example, red / green or whatever.

I saw almost all the free themes, didn't like them.

Looking to pay about 10$ for it.

$10 is too low. You should have atleast $60 to get your hands on a good quality theme.

We will soon release a dark premium theme & the price of that theme will be very close to your budget. So I can just suggest you to wait a little.

The Evolver theme is a good dark one. It is slightly over your budget though, it is $40. But as EShock said to get a really good theme you need to be prepared to spend a descent amount of money.
