Full Version: how to include forum categories in portal.php

Hello friends ,

I would like to know how i can display all forum categories present in forum in the list of information present in portal .php .in my opinion
portal.php displays all information like latest threads,welcomebox, online users, forum statistics... etc i would like to add this list with forum categories present in the forum. so that the user who directly goes to the portal get well informed about the categories.
please help me
