Hey guys i need help either finding a plugin that provides this, or one that is similar i want to have a page like this
So that members can apply for ccertain user groups

yoursite.com is a generic example. It's "your site".com/usercp.php?action=usergroups

Well thas not really what im looking for because what they have there is like a application that people can fill out for certain groups it doesnt help me for what im looking for. i need to be able to have a application set up for each Group that people can fill out and that group leader can look at and decide wether or not they are in the group.
