sir i dnt know how to add plugins in my forum. There is no such option to upload plugins

after that you can get plugin upload option in your forum's admin panel

however I prefer manual uploading of plugin files. I need to find good documentation for it.

Upload them through FTP?

^ manual uploading is through FTP application or file manager available at web host control panel
