this error while uploading new themes. Tried with 3 themes. I need your help on it to solve.
look at bottom of
tools & maintenance section in admin panel. do you see any incorrect
CHMOD setting for folders
I have a feeling your not uploading it correctly, you need to manually copy the files in the theme zip to the website via ftp or similiar, then upload just the xml file via the create theme option
