Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/sokalarb/public_html/mb/inc/settings.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/sokalarb/public_html/mb/inc/init.php on line 152

have you checked if settings.php file exists at /mb/inc/ and the file is readable (at least CHMOD 0644)
