No matter what they type, it comes up as "undefined"

The problem is discussed in this thread http://community.mybb.com/thread-124713.html but seems mistakingly held for an old 1.6.8 bug.

This undefined bug has been present for a while now (i guess a year or so) and happens only to a few people. So far it seems only firefox related, but i do have the impression it starts to happen more.

I am not able to reproduce it, no idea what could be the cause of it..

I 'll ask one of my members who has this problem to test it out here..
