Does anyone know if there's a plugin to limit users from using BBCode if they have less than X posts?

Been getting hit with spambots lately and this would help against the ones that use the IMG tag and whatnot.

I'll have to check that out more later, but it seems like that might work (basically was having an issue where spambots would post links/images).
