So, this isn't finished or anything but I was hoping to get some feedback on things like color choice, font choice, and the layout of what I have.

Nice. Although dark purple (I assume it's that color or I'm color blind in the morning lol) and red doesn't go well, as per my opinion though.

You're right on the purple, though the other color is (darkish) orange.

I don't like the white bar at the top but other than that the theme flows really nicely. You also spelled usable wrong.
