HI could you help me please when unregistered user clicks on new thread it takes the user to login page but on the bottom of the page it shows

CHMOD setting for newthread.php file - should be at least 0644
it is 644 can a plugin show this message?
^ plugin doesn't show it. if it is CHMOD 644 then your forum members should be able to post new threads.
it shows no permission for the guests. but it is a different type of error message
once you are logged in it doesn't show that message just for the gests
^ oh! I have overlooked your original query. it is a normal error message for the guests

^ if guests try to post a new thread here on this community then they see the same error message
^ that 403 forbidden error message appears to be defined in .htaccess of your files server
if you remove 403 error related rule from .htaccess then that forbidden error will not be shown
