I want to add a check box above the "I Agree" button like the picture shown below

this is what my agreement looks like

but i want it like this

(need to open the .php file first and change compatibility to 16*, may not work even with that though)

Then to change button text edit member.lang in inc/languages/[language] folder, this line:

$l['i_agree'] = "I Agree";
