I saw the functionality to create user titles w.r.t posts.
I have two questions
1. A way to moderate newbies. So that until your post count reaches 50, you are moderated
2. A way to add a new user title which is not post count dependent, but admin confers that title and based on that the member may have certain priveledges.

1. That would have to be custom modded. However, if you have some misbehaving users that you would like to assign post moderation restrictions to, this can help you with that and some other behavior issue resolutions. This is my favorite plugin of all time!

2. This can be done using usergroups. Also, there is a plugin that can help with this that I can't seem to locate at the moment. Anybody?
