Hi I am using MDT theme I really don't know what happened to my forum when I am using MDT theme.
The theme is garbled completely, it was working font few days back but now menu bar is coming twice and also forum category seems to be cut in 2 pieces

Please visit my site Here and switch to MDT theme.
Note : I already uninstalled and reinstalled the theme

it appears that you have already fixed the menu issue - and IIRC, categories are designed like that in MDT theme.
