From what I can see, your rating system is already enabled, and can you also post a poll for us and link us to the poll so we can review it?

Also on this theme the menu just stays open like with mcp how can i make it stay closed so you have to click name in order to open it.
^ your forum's editor toolbar is not loading. that needs to be checked with a test user account.
you can use MyCode to get bold, underline etc. see help documents available on your forum
