Note: This is from forumotion so it may not be possible... But just asking I seen the side boxes one but I want it to where I could have both on the side

do you have both plugins installed on your forum ? give forum url
the plugins may be modified to get desired appearance so that their output can be shown one below another

both the plugins have four columns each.
so do you want to eliminate multiple columns and show both one below another at a side ?

I would like either to merge them together or put them on the side bar

though I started working on mixing both plugins output I could not finish it in reasonable time
if interested in a side boxes plugin, I'd suggest to use advanced side boxes
