In my ./index.php?module=config-settings theres duplicates of all the settings, how do I remove that? I tried googling this but didn't find any solution though a few people with the issue.
you can delete the duplicate settings (do it with care) at modify settings tab
That only lets me change the display order, you can't remove original settings only plugin settings.

you may post the issue at
Private Inquiries section with required credentials and request the staff to take a look
^ the section is not for general support.
however for serious issues, there should be no harm in posting request there along with the credentials.
or you can wait for the support staff to respond here.
