i dont think so, they dont disabled this option. (receive email from admins).

i think it is mybb bug, is it possible to viwe mass mail logs?

maybe problem from cloudflare system? (dns)?
i also run task manualy but nothing changed!

Same problem here but I don't use cloudflare, my host can send 1000 email/hour but I have this problem also with 200 email.
Please someone can help us?

Same problem also with 1.6.11

I have two forums at the same server, one with phpBB and one with MyBB.
I do not understand why only mybb can not send mass email!
It always stays at 0% and repeats the sending of the first 50 users every 15 minutes, tried with email only text and only html .
Nobody has looked into this bug?

I tried also with 10 - 20 - 30 but does not work
