That looks quite nice, actually. Not entirely sure I am sold on the orange parts, but the corners and panel look modern and simple.

Register page is way too long. Shouldn't be more than 3-5 fields.

That spinny loading popup is hardcoded. The best you can do is replace the gif unless you want to modify core files.
