My host told me this isn't caused down their end.


And told me to contact you guys for support related to this issue.


However I do not have this issue on a mybb forum hosted on an other host so that is why I first contacted my host instead of posting here.


Hopefully you guys can figure this one out. As my host cannot at this point.

Usually this is a host problem, can you ask them did they disabled fetching of remote files?

They said they didn't disable that.

It could be that they're blocking outgoing connections to our servers, or they have curl/fsockopen disabled.

They just said they have it enabled. So I guess that means we can't solve this.

It's not an issue on our end so it must be an issue on theirs.

or XMLReader is disabled (ACP > Tools & Maintenance > View PHP info > XMLReader)
